Who I am. How I work.
My passion lies in helping clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and feel more confident in themselves and their relationships. I commonly work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, trauma, and relationship conflict. Whether inside the therapy room or out in the field with my co-therapists (yes—horses!), I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where healing can happen.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based practices, and play therapy techniques. I tailor each session to fit the unique needs of the individual, meeting you exactly where you are.
I’m also a horse lover, avid baker of all things sourdough, and proud dog mom to Milo, my energetic Mini Aussie-Border Collie mix who is currently training to become a certified therapy dog.
Beyond my clinical work, I am passionate about creating resources that help children, teens, and young adults continue building skills outside of the therapy room. I develop practical, evidence-informed tools that parents, caregivers, educators, and fellow mental health professionals can use to support emotional growth, anxiety management, resilience, and overall well-being at home, in school, and in therapeutic settings. I believe that meaningful change happens when the important adults in a child's life are equipped with accessible strategies and resources to reinforce these skills in everyday situations. You can explore my collection of downloadable resources and activities on my Teachers Pay Teachers store.

A love for Sport
Outside of the office, you’ll find me on the trails training for my next marathon – I’ve completed both the Chicago and Boston Marathons as part of my goal to finish all seven World Marathon Majors.
As a therapist, I work with athletes to improve sports performance. I enjoy helping athletes manage their psychological factors that affect their performance, including stress, self-doubt, fear of failure, and pressure to succeed.
