
I believe that everyone deserves to have a space to process about the challenges we face in life, with a therapist who provides a non-judgmental, accepting, and comfortable environment. I am dedicated to removing the stigma attached to mental health and strive for my clients to feel validated through therapy.
I take a person-centered and solution-focused approach to provide support and coping skills as my clients navigate stressors. I utilize interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am passionate about maternal mental health and working with college students. I have experience working in a variety of settings, including partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), outpatient, higher education, and K-12 schooling.
