I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and genuinely supported. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), I’ve made it my mission to walk alongside children, adolescents, teens, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges.

Who I am. How I work.
My passion lies in helping clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and feel more confident in themselves and their relationships. I commonly work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, trauma, and relationship conflict. Whether inside the therapy room or out in the field with my co-therapists (yes—horses!), I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where healing can happen.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based practices, and play therapy techniques. I tailor each session to fit the unique needs of the individual, meeting you exactly where you are.
I’m also a horse lover, avid baker of all things sourdough, and proud dog mom to Milo, my energetic Mini Aussie-Border Collie mix who is currently training to become a certified therapy dog.
A love for Sport
Outside of the office, you’ll find me on the trails training for my next marathon – I’ve completed both the Chicago and Boston Marathons as part of my goal to finish all seven World Marathon Majors.
As a therapist, I work with athletes to improve sports performance. I enjoy helping athletes manage their psychological factors that affect their performance, including stress, self-doubt, fear of failure, and pressure to succeed.

Say hello to Milo! He’s my lovable Emotional Support Dog, a spirited Miniature Aussie and Border Collie mix who first came into my life as my running buddy. Now, he’s on his way to become a certified therapy dog (not to be confused with a service dog, there’s a difference). While Milo is still earning his vest, he’s already a comforting presence for many and brings a joyful energy to all those he meets.
